§ 01For Manufacturers

Qualified buyers,
without the bureaucracy.

Direct visibility to organizations actively buying in your category — with onboarding measured in weeks, not quarters, and a single contract instead of a stack of them.

§ 02Partnership Benefits

What suppliers gain
from Meridian alignment.

01

Access to qualified buyers

Direct visibility to organizations actively purchasing — not lead lists.

02

Faster onboarding

Weeks, not quarters. Streamlined relative to legacy GPO contracting cycles.

03

Transparent category fit

You see exactly which buyer categories you serve and where you sit in the alliance.

04

Live product data feed

API, webhook, CSV, XML, or Google Sheet — your existing format, ingested cleanly.

05

Performance dashboard

Demand by category, top SKUs, fill-rate, missing data — no manual reporting.

06

Compliance documentation

Upload insurance, licensure, and certifications once; expirations are tracked for you.

07

Less administrative friction

One contract, one onboarding, one dashboard. Not a quarterly stack of paperwork.

08

Reliable demand signal

Aggregated buyer interest helps you plan inventory before orders arrive.

§ 03Feed Integration

Bring your existing format.

Meridian's supplier feed engine accepts five integration shapes plus manual upload. Use whichever your catalog system already produces.

HTTPS JSON API

Standard REST or GraphQL endpoint. Polled on schedule with auth tokens.

Webhook

Push updates when your catalog changes. Meridian acknowledges and processes.

CSV

Hosted CSV file fetched on schedule. Simple, dependable, no integration work.

XML

Standard product XML feed. Supports both flat and nested schemas.

Google Sheet

Published Google Sheet (CSV publish link). Easy for small teams to maintain.

Manual upload

For low-frequency catalogs. Upload via supplier portal whenever updates are needed.

§ 04Vetting & Compliance

Vetted once.
Monitored continuously.

Initial review covers insurance, licensure, manufacturer affiliations, and product authenticity. From then on, expirations are tracked automatically and you're notified 60, 30, and 15 days ahead of any lapse.

Apply as a manufacturer.

Supplier review takes five to ten business days. Feed integration usually completes within two to four weeks of approval.
