Meridian Buyers Alliance, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("Meridian"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through meridianbuyersalliance.org, vendor and member inquiries, business communications, strategic sourcing activities, and related services nationwide.
2. Information Collected
Meridian may collect names, business email addresses and phone numbers, business information, purchasing interests, documents you upload, IP and device data, cookies and analytics data, CRM data, communications, and vendor or member qualification information. Meridian collects business and professional information and does not seek personal sensitive data.
3. Use of Information
Information may be used to evaluate participation, negotiate purchasing opportunities, administer vendor relationships, communicate updates, improve operations, maintain security, conduct analytics, market Meridian's services, comply with legal obligations, and protect Meridian's rights.

Executed agreements, order records, and related transaction documentation are retained for the life of the membership or partnership plus seven (7) years to support audit, disclosure, and regulatory review obligations.
